Career Resources
Between 7AM and 9AM is a best practice in my opinion. Idea here is that someone is just arriving for the day and uses their downtime to catch up on unread (or incoming) e-mails.
I have no explination as to why, but I have the highest open/reply rate on my emails sent on Thursday afternoon.
