I have the first round interview with BlackRock coming up this week for their summer internship program. Anyone been through the process / has some insight on what kind of questions to expect and what the interview will be like? Heavily fit or more market based? Technical at all?

my experience was completely fit-based questions. but I think it depends on what group you're interviewing for... probably more technical questions if you do PAG vs. AMG, that sort of thing.
