So it’s not just Blair and Baird. This is so scary
Absolute joke. Assoc 2 and got less $ than I did last year. Revenues down ~15%
They clearly want bottom performers to leave without firing to avoid a bad headline. Issue is most bottom performers may struggle to find a role where it even pays ~200 all in so they just don’t leave.
They do want people to leave by your wrong
Top top bucket Aso1s got 40ish. Mid buckets in 30s. Bottom 20.
True - for context, I was ranked at the top of the “middle” bucket. The bottom performers got absolutely reamed…. I’m hearing $10k
Precisely - it won’t work. The bottom bucket people don’t work much because no one wants them on their accounts. Their rationale is just cruise and pocket the solid base salary. This will just piss people off, it won’t get anyone to leave.
Yep have heard the same for some junior who got same ratings as last year. Their comp was generally flat with the ASO base increases each year
How about Aso2 and Aso3s?
Supposedly Aso3s got normal bonuses while aso1s and aso2s didn't? Can anyone confirm?
No. Everyone got shafted. The A1s maybe more so but if you had the same rating as prior year. Your bonus was still likely lower than last year
