Might be tossed, I know BofA is selective about who they give hirevue a and it might just be taking a longer time.

I got a BoFA hirevue for wealth management about 4 weeks ago after applying 3 days before that. Haven’t heard anything else. Tried to talk to hr they just said we’ll get back to you when we do.

Same for me. Did the app but did not get the Hirevue. Probably got tossed in the bin right off the bat. Oh well

I’ve seen some non-diverse who get offers but its mostly for diversity for soph. So there is still a chance. Did you hear back anything or nothing still?? When did you submit your app tho. I heard they review after they finish juniors

At least as of 2022, they are primarily for diversity but some non-diverse will still get it, usually around 20-35% of a sophmore stack is classified as diversity. Usually 50-75% of hireview spots will go to the diversity folks. Would say about 50%-65% are more or less on par with non diversity. We are pressured to pick diversity candidates. Last year at least, diversity included only black, latino and native american. Females were not classified as diversity unless they also fit one of these categories.

BofA Hirevues are treated as first rounds. Why would you get it instantly?

are all hvs out? i applied a bit late and wanted to see if i still have a chance.. diversity at a target
