Book recommendations?

I know there are a bunch of threads alike but you could say that about 90% of topics posted on here...

Is there any books you guys would recommend for,

1. industrials banking or just long term/career banking in general. Industrials would be great tho.

2. relationships/friends/network. Have read only Dale Carnegie How to win friends so far.

Based on the most helpful WSO content, here are some book recommendations for your specified interests:

1. Industrials Banking or Long-Term/Career Banking:

  • Spin Selling by Neil Rackham: Focuses on high-level transactions, making it essential for those involved in industrial banking or large corporate transactions. It teaches how to extract value, magnify it, and make the prospect understand the impact.

2. Relationships/Friends/Networking:

  • How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie: A classic that you've already read, but it's worth mentioning for others.
  • Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion by Robert Cialdini: Covers six universal principles of persuasion that are crucial for networking and building relationships.
  • Never Eat Alone by Keith Ferrazzi: Emphasizes the importance of networking and building relationships, offering practical advice on how to connect with others effectively.

These books should provide valuable insights and strategies for both your career in industrials banking and your efforts to build strong relationships and networks.
