Boutique Salaries
Hey Guys,
I was offered an analyst position with a small boutique in SF (they're banking team is only about 10 people). They seem to offer great opportunities to learn and get involved, but the pay is a little low. What are your guys' opinions of the job?
What's the name of the firm and how much $$?
Money is made possible only by the men who produce. Is this what you consider evil?

I'm at a boutique and get a 60k base with a bonus very likely to be 50-100%
I work at a small regional boutique and make 45k base with a 30-50% bonus target...
Any of these NYC firms?
