I was offered an analyst position with a small boutique in SF (they're banking team is only about 10 people). They seem to offer great opportunities to learn and get involved, but the pay is a little low. What are your guys' opinions of the job?

I'm at a boutique and get a 60k base with a bonus very likely to be 50-100%
