why do they call it a 2 year program then? basically to let us know that in 2 years most likely we wont be there anymore?
I left after one. No big deal. It happens.
Do headhunters start approaching people to leave even before the first year is up. If not, what do you have to do to leave after one year - do you have to be more proactive in your search I guess? What type of places will take people after one year?
my employment contract have a clause saying if I leave within 2yr, I need to repay for the initial training provided. It's a MM firm.
