Breaking into IB from Corporate FP&A without an IB internship or previous experience

Hey everyone, I really want to get into IB and want to ask for some advice about doing so. I just graduated with an MBA (not a top school) and have been working in corporate FP&A for the past 6 months. I've always been interested in IB but have never had an IB internship due to being an athlete in school. My bachelors is in corp. finance and marketing while my MBA was just a general business management concentration. Would I be able to obtain an analyst position even though I have an MBA where it caters more towards the associate level?

Again, I do not have any IB experience except classroom related material. I was wondering what I could do to make my resume more attractive when applying to positions to get my foot in the door for interviews. In all honesty I'd even intern to start out although I'd prefer to come in as an analyst right away. Any advice would be great.
