California/SF IBD Summer Analyst Overtime Pay
Which banks in the bay area pays overtime? I heard they're all required by state law but wanted to confirm. So far I have:

Morgan Stanley - Yes
JP Morgan - ?
Credit Suisse - Yes
Deutsche Bank - Yes
Citi - Yes

Blackstone - ?

Macquarie offers overtime pay. BAML and Barclays do not from what I've heard from people that have interned there.

I've been reading varying things about overtime pay in California due to the law requiring overtime pay, etc. Is it true that all firms (BB's, EB's, etc) must provide overtime pay? Or, if in the contract it states that SA comp is pro-rated based on FT salary/FT comp is $XX,000/yr there is no overtime pay at all?
