I am going to a BB summer internship program in June, can anyone tell a little summary about their summer internship? Is the work your doing difficult and were you constantly reaching out for help, or no? Are you constantly just trying to impress people and smooze as much as you can or is it fairly laid back? This would be greatly appreciated as I would love to know what I am about to get myself into

Career Resources
First five weeks are the most important. Make friends with your fellow analysts (who are in your position), and the staffer. Get a rep. as a guy who's willing to do anything, and stay in the office at all hours. It'll be fairly easy to do the work, if you're dedicated. Remember, it's not only about the job and what you do, it's the impression that you give of whether you want to be there.
So be on guard at all times....
