Career Advice.

Good morning everyone, long time lurker here.

I need opinions and advice regarding my next career decision.

I am currently interning at a small local search fund, we are about 7 employees most of them seniors with a great financial background, (Goldman, BlackStone, BCG...) and a very good atmosphere, my internship period its at the end and it seems that they are going to offer me a full time position. I have also been applying to different processes and currently I have a secured internship at:

  • Corporate Banking at Deutche Bank where tomorrow I have the last phone interview with a VP (I think I'm in, practically for sure).
  • Structured Finance at BNP paribas in which I have a last round with another VP (I also think I'm in).

My doubts are whether to reject a full time analyst offer that I will probably get at the place where I am currently doing my internship in exchange for an internship in a more prestigious, international place. My idea at the moment is if they finally offer me a spot at BNP  i am probably accepting it but I am quite unsure between my current place and BD since it would be in a CB department and not in IB.
