Chances of getting into a good Tech group with subpar background?

I am from a mid tier SEC school. I got started super late with recruiting which kind of screwed me.

I have 2 internships at investment banks (one boutique, one middle market bank that’s not a household name). I think my skills are good enough to be at a top 25 firm but I’m worried I won’t even get a shot because my resume is pretty weak.

Any advice if a strong tech group is worth trying to get into or am I better off focusing elsewhere?
