Have also heard Insurance was super slow last year while chatting with an alum who’d just started there, unsure if that’s still true. Some groups getting grinded while those guys had no work to do
can confirm - insurance is good - forgot about them, but yeah good WLB, nice people, and analysts seem to stay a long time

Know a guy who was an Analyst on the M&A - Generalist team. I think this group was basically fill-in for the M&A industry groups once they reached capacity. Dude worked maybe 20 hours a week, would go on long mid-day strolls in the park and sometimes went 2-3 business days in a row without opening his laptop. Absolutely living the dream. Not sure if this group even exists anymore but if it does I'd definitely say it's the chillest lol
