Hi all! Recently interviewed with JPM's CIB Credit Risk in NYC. Was wondering if anyone has any insights into the full-time comp (base+bonus) for the first-year analyst and also typical career progression for someone who starts this role fresh out of college as well as WLB?

They are moving most of this team to Texas - the IG roles have already been moved.
bump on this – heard they are also consolidating groups together. Are all credit functions going to Texas?
Relatively chill group from what I heard from friends - progress into more direct credit roles. Comp is 95k base no idea bonus. Chill wlb and you can internally move at JPM after 3 yrs
