Slap in the face of everyone laid off for cost-cutting reasons. I'm sure he's great but definitely doesn't come cheap. What kind of signal does that send when employees (incl. juniors) are being laid off in their thousands across the bank?

Are Citi juniors being laid off now? If so, at what levels?
Depends on the location and division I guess. I know that it's being done in waves and each round affects all levels with fluctuating percentages.
