CITI Sophomore Leadership Program
Is Citi offering the Sophomore Leadership Program 2025 program this year? I can't find any information or the application, so I'm not sure if they have announced it yet.

It doesn't open up until September or October and the entire process id supposedly very quick
Should I approach it like a typical posting in terms of networking or do something different?
