Claiming extra years of experience due to extra hours in banking
Super dumb q but anyone thinks we can make the claim that we have extra years of experience (i.e. 2 yrs of experience in banking even though we only have 1 since basically we work double the hours of every single job out there?)
Trying to exit IB before the 2 year analyst program ends but having problem with not enough years of experience. Appreciate any thoughts! :)

You can claim either 1 year as an investment banking analyst or 2 years as a regular financial analyst
you can try but it really depends on whether they like you or not.
