Cold feet...

I’m currently an incoming analyst at a top EB / BB group and all of these posts about analyst attrition has me worried. The virtual summer analyst program was pretty tough and hearing that it’s only getting worse isn’t great. I knew this was going to be a demanding job from the get go, but things seem to be a bit out of control. Personally, I’m not even sure if this is the path I want to be on and am not sure if it’s worth it. Any advice from those going through it? Look at other positions? Stick with it and leave after a few months if things stay bad? Thanks all
