Corp Dev Compensation Benchmarking
Anyone have insight on what is considered market for corporate development compensation (Sr. ASO / Manager type positions; ~3 years of banking experience) for "large" PE-backed companies located in MCOL cities? I've seen a few corp dev postings that range between ~$130 - $150k base with a small bonus and no equity; all-in seems to shake out around $175k ish based on prior discussions and research.
Does that seem market? Curious to hear your thoughts.
