Corporate Development Vs. Corporate Finance for Summer After Junior Year?

Sup Monkeys. After a semester of recruiting for 2019 SA positions, I have two offers that I am considering accepting at this time and would love some input into which one would set me up for a better career. I'm currently a junior, and regardless of what happens, I will be going through full-time recruitment next year for IB and PE jobs.

1) Corporate Development at a tech company where I will be given a great deal of responsibility and an immense learning experience but I am unsure of full-time opportunities.

2) corporate finance at a Fortune 100 company where I will likely be doing FP&A and have a good chance for a full-time offer.

While I 100% intend on going through recruiting again next year, I've seen firsthand how competitive things are and having a backup offer would offer some peace of mind. While I know intern salary doesn't mean anything in the long-run, option 2 pays slightly more which is something that sort of factors into my decision as I will have to be covering my living expenses this summer. That said, I love the culture at Option 1 but I'm not sure if this matters much for an intern position.

Essentially the decision comes down to great buy-side experience and mentorship at a smaller company (~1000 people) where a full-time position may not exist (this is their first year taking on an intern) vs. corporate finance at a big name corporation where there is a good chance I get a full-time offer most likely doing internal work. Any advice and input would be greatly appreciated and feel free to PM me for more details.
