Does anyone have any insights into the process? Do you need a referral in order to get interviews or is it just based on resume/CV. Also if anyone knew how far they are into the process that would be greatly appreciated.

This is much later so I doubt you will see this reply but do you know around what time the apps open? I couldn't find anything on their website.

 

Recruiter said that they may start to send out interviews mid October. They won't be sending any out before the deadline
