Dallas IBD? BB info?
I know there’s a few banks with a presence in Dallas, but I don’t know much about the JPM or Citi guys. Does anyone have any info they can share? Thanks!

JPM has a suuuuper small (10 people from what I've heard) C&R team in Dallas.
Only other IB desk there that I know of is HL.
GS has a small regional coverage team and a real estate team, but I believe they are real estate financing.
Texas Capital Bank is growing and hired a few former Credit Suisse levfin people including their new group head for levfin
He left.
Most of the well established offices that actually do IB are MMs. HL/Stifel.
GS has an office with their speciality lending group there- have heard very good things about them.
Don’t think any other BBs have a presence in Dallas.
jefferies has a TMT team in dallas (came from Moelis). Large-cap / telecom. Buddy said they are looking to hire lateral analysts.
Houlihan Lokey has a healthcare group
I think Stephens has multiple groups
not much BB presence though
Also notable that JEF’s PCA team also is heavily based in Dallas, and they are quite good at what they do. Worth considering if the work/industry is of interest.
Equities in Dallas, that is where you want to be.
There’s a small JPM Consumer & Retail team in Dallas. BofA also has a small regional coverage team. Wells has a few MM IB seniors but not any juniors that I’m aware of.
The other players you probably already know: Houlihan, Lincoln, Oppenheimer, Stephens, etc
HL is the main one I know. They got their Healthcare, RX, and 3rd group that I don't remember (want to say Food/Consumer group). Also my info is a bit dated. So grain of salt all that.
