Summer internship at DB ends next week, if I am not mistaken. Don't expect to have FT applications open until HR has an idea on how many current interns get/accept the return offers. Probably will open around mid-August.
Current DB intern here. Can attest to that - program ends next week and HR "targets" to give out offers 1st wk of august (probably will delay lol) so I guess FT will open shortly afterwards?
When did they specifically say this? Was assuming last day since I've heard they've done this in the past.
Timeline for return offers was communicated on the 1st day, and then reinforced last week during our "recruiter check-in". Target 1st wk of Aug but may delay till mid Aug
As for FT, I have no idea lol, just guesswork
On first day of training or the rotation?
1st day training - not like it matters lol.....
Yeah it'll probably be the first week of August then. Don't think we have an end of internship check in so it's not like they can communicate this stuff on the last day. Hopefully they let us know via mass email or quick phone calls like early next week to make things easier for everyone. Mid August would be brutal
