Dealing with afternoon sleepies

I get extremely tired during the post-lunch slump, which gets especially awkward if I have a meeting during that time. If I make it through to ~4:00 PM ish, I usually am fully alert until 10:30~11:00 PM, so I just need to figure out how to survive the afternoon without embarrassing myself. Any tips? I sleep ~7.5h most nights so I don't think that's the issue

I basically have zero caffeine intake, would that not be too much? Is tea okay

a lil booger sugar keeps the sleepies at bay
