Good Afternoon All,
I have a private placement interview tomorrow, but would like some insight on what kind of questions to expect. my background is mostly in commercial banking and credit research from working at a credit rating agency, but I have little experience about private debt origination and private placements for that matter. If anyone one that works in the field could shed some light in the type of technical, fit questions that I might expect, I would appreciate.
