Deciding Between Two Competing Offers

Recently got an offer for a lower-tier Bulge Bracket (think UBS/DB/WF) and an upper-middle market bank (think Jefferies/HL/WB). Would love to know what would be better for exit opps, culture, and overall career progression.

The middle market bank is within the C&R group, and I haven't placed the bulge bracket for groups yet. Middle Market is on the West Coast region, while the bulge bracket is not in NYC.

Based on pure volume, WF doubled Jefferies in M&A, but international coverage is arguably worst.
