Can't speak to comp or WLB but the group is definitely reputable. They have the best Beauty & Personal Care banker (Vennette Ho) and have advised on a lot of the headline deals in the space over the last several years.
Edit: Forgot to mention that if you dig working with high-growth consumer brands, you'd probably like working there a lot.
