Got it - I've been looking for info as well. Culture seems solid from what I've seen and I think the team is small. Also heard the work-life balance is better than other banks but that could just be marketing. Don't have any info on comp. Let me know what you find out.

good culture, good hours, but there are obvious exceptions if you get a shit senior. really focused on real estate for deal flow
Great office and good culture. Looks like a growing platform that has a lot of potential in the next couple of years. Been very real estate focused in recent years. Was alongside MS on the sale of WPT to Blackstone in 2021. Recently, saw them do the fairness for the mdf commerce sale to KKR.
