Deutsche Bank or Jefferies?

I have a Grad offer from both places.

In particular London office?
Private equity exits?
Thoughts? Thanks!

I would go on Linkedin and look at the private equity firms you are interested in. You can screen to see how many people have previously worked at various investment banks. I've never seen anyone go from Jefferies to a megafund for example. Keep in mind that Jefferies does MM deals while Deutsche Bank does large cap deals. This will have an impact on the type of exits you can achieve.

Depends what group, but generally in London Jeff=mm, DB large cap and DB exits>Jeff exists. Jeff pays top of street though I think.

Depends on group and location. But generally for exits, would consider the actual dealflow experience you're getting at either firm. Like sure at DB you'll have large-cap lending experience but at Jefco you may have more M&A execution experience for more middle-cap clients. One may yield you opportunities more in line with what you want depending on what you decide is more valuable to you.
