Diligence List Overload

I'm in corp dev at a small cap public company. Under exclusivity for a small shitty company, sub $50M EV, and I'm pretty much the only person doing the bulk of the diligence on a tight timeline. Seller doesn't have a real banker, but an "advisor" who thinks he's the shit; he's a total moron and a blabbermouth. He's never worked as an investment banker. Lately, he's pushing on my diligence asks, and, I could probably live without some of the stuff, but it's so benign that I'm dumbfounded and think he's either 1) hiding something or 2) even stupider than I thought. Well - the last ask I had, he got all hot and bothered about it and he decided to send a note to an SVP above me and told them to "have a talk with me" about how I was being inappropriate (mind you - the specific ask in question actually came from legal). So - I've decided to retaliate in the form of diligence overload. He doesn't have a team to support so I'm just going to fuck him over with a hell of a lot more diligence asks than I ever intended to make or will ever use. Fucker also dropped all my asks from last Sunday on Friday afternoon. Any ideas/lists of extra business/strategy diligence asks to help me push this along? Dude started dicking around with the wrong monkey…
