Do banks/firms in Canada have any problems regarding hiring internationals from targets?

I plan to do my undergraduate in a Canadian target (like, Ivey/McGill/Queens, already got into two), so I’d like to know if I’ll face any challenges regarding getting hired in high finance after graduation. More Visa friendly policies, if compared to the US, are one of the main reasons why i chose Canada for my undergrad, but now I’m reading online that Banks/firms are not keen on hiring PGWP holders… Is it true? Will I face any challenges when recruiting?

I’d like to at least work in toronto for 3 years before fucking off home
