Do companies tell incoming interns to LinkedIn post?
You: "Here we go again, another thread about bragging on LinkedIn"
And you'd be correct. But here's the thing I've noticed: "Incoming" posts seem to come in waves for specific companies. For instance, this past week it seems like every single incoming McKinsey SBA, the week before was Bain, and week before that was Bank of America.
Are companies telling their incoming interns to post on LinkedIn? This is something I've read in comments in other similar threads.
Lol, dude, it's not that serious. Offers go out week by week so the companies you mentioned probably wrapped up recruiting in that week. Overeager interns is all.
For the record though, I do think companies encourage interns to post to LinkedIn for "brand visibility" (the larger ones at least).
Not trying to be a dick here bud but I feel like you could have used a little common sense here. Offer rates go out in waves with short deadlines
Rich Handler revokes offers if his interns do not follow fin meme accounts
The amount of McKinsey posts I've seen this past week is absurd and to the point where it's just cringe
not even the week, i've seen at least a dozen just today. I swear HR tells them to post or somethin
yeah some do, this summer the citi wfh interns were told by hr to post about citi and all that shit lol
Can confirm BofA prohibits employees (incl. interns) to post anything related to the bank without formal approval from the internal press team. Reposting a BofA is allowed
really? I've seen "incoming SA" posts for BofA
