Things I would recommend:

1. Multiples and adjustments to them (eg ifrs16)

2. DCF (simple but you need to be able to take a business plan, build the WACC properly and run the dcf)

3. Paper LBO (few sites have good examples)

4. High level merger model

You won't get asked about anything other than the principles bit doing some practice will help you ingrained that basic knowledge. All if the simple ones you can find for free online.

the biggest thing you'll find with modelling courses is that they tend to focus on public deals. Very few go into depth for a private deal. So you won't learn for example the different types of equity uses in a private deal and how to model that, or the effect of sweet equity on returns. But you'll not need that for a summer stint.
