Does anybody have an Midstream/MLP model that they can share with me?

Good Afternoon All,

I'm currently interviewing with a financial research firm and they have assigned me an midstream/MLP company for a case study. Although in one of my previous roles I used to cover Oil & Gas, it was only focused strictly in the upstream space. I'm currently trying to build the model, but I'm a bit lost. My main questions revolve around the following:

1) What are usually the main drivers for MLPs companies when it comes to forecasting?

2) treatment of EBITDA? Are Asset Impairments, loss on asset sales and disposals added to the to the EBITDA calculation? The only addback I'm certain of is Leased Equipment Expenses.

3) Treatment of taxes, since this is a partnership the taxes are passthrough to the common unit holders/shareholders? Therefore how would I go about forescating taxes?
