Does "hiring manager / Associate VP for recruiting" ask technical questions?
It appears that the person conducting my phone interview (for equities research) has the title "hiring manager / associate VP for recruiting." The person appears to be in HR- should I expect technical questions? Or do HR interviewers focus on fit? Thanks in advance for your time.
practice as if it's going to be hard as hell- you can't go wrong either ways
But make sure you polish your answers for fit questions as much as you can
(P.S- I'm not experienced, just a naive college student like you, so take my advice with a grain of salt)
i've found non-banking personel, if they ask anything that's not a behaviour question, it's usually a brain-teaser.
