Does IB recruiting strictly enforce graduation dates?

Currently an incoming sophomore at stern after doing a year at community college trying to recruit for IB. My issue is that I’m currently being offered a scholarship to cover tuition that would require me to graduate a year early (2028) which would technically disqualify me from recruiting for this cycle. My question is are graduation dates strict for recruiting? Or given my circumstance could an exception be made?
