Does JPM have a mobility program?

Hi! I know some BB (example: Barclays) have mobility programs, where their analysts within IB (coverage and cap mark) can rotate and get placed into different group within IB after 2 years (coverage to product and vice versa). Is this something JPM also offers for their IB analysts?
