Dresner Partners?
Does anyone on here have any insights on Dresner Partners (comp, WLB, etc.)?
Looks like most the convos are dated.

Solid shop with good deal flow. Look at the kids who interned there and where they are now. Quick LinkedIn search shows Gugg, Jeff, GS, bofa, one kid even went to McKinsey
One of the stronger boutiques / mm shops in Chicago. I know their recruiting process is tough, since it's pretty small you need to know someone and difficulty depends on the day. I know kids who got rejected from dp but got PWP / EVC so have no idea what's going on. had a chance to talk with their guys on campus and they all seemed super sharp. didn't get past first round though, this was back in 2023
Congrats on dresner
any tips on interview process ? heavy on technicals or behaviorals
LMM great for freshmen/soph internship but not a solid place to stay long term. Most people use as a stepping stone for better banks
