EB’s with the best culture?
Interested to hear thoughts on the EB’s with the best cultures (such as least sweaty hours, more chill people, tighter relationships etc)

Career Resources
Evercore and Centerview seem good. That being said, evercore has some rough groups (tech, for example)
Can you speak more about the “roughness” of tech at evercore, is this based of NY or MP?
Sample size of 1 but I had a friend in EVR MP Tech and he was miserable and didn't have a lot of good things to say. Very smart guy though...

I’ve heard Centerview is a sweatshop, with principals regularly pulling 100+ hour weeks.

This will always depend on group, but I’ve heard great things about Evercore in terms of working hard, but actually having a real sense of teamwork and camaraderie
From what I hear, best group of people (smart cool & hardworking) are EVR/PWP/CVP. In terms of longest hours and toxicity, it’s more in LAZ/MOE. I’m sure u have both people in every eb tho
Centerview team is insanely smart , Moelis as well
I'm sure lots of EBs are insanely smart but not sure there's a correlation between good culture and people being insanely smart. I've heard EVR aside from Houston and Tech which is very busy (but not toxic) and Centerview. PWP as well and Gugg (whether considered an EB or not).
