would anyone be able to shed some light on all in comp for ecm bankers for analyst 1,2 and 3 and also associate 1,2 and 3. I appreciate it can be very varied, but estimates would be great.
Also, how much would compensation differ from MM banks such as Commerz for eg to BB such as Deutsche/ Morgan Stanley. - again in ECM.
