equity research bonuses in secondary cities
does anyone know ballpark figures for equity research associate bonuses in secondary cities such as Dallas/Houston? Associate meaning entry level positions reporting to analysts.
I've heard 55-60 is the standard for first year undergrad. I was curious as to the bonuses available for ER since it is viewed now as more of a cost center and more difficult to generate revenue for the firm.

I'm unsure about BB in secodary cities, but in regionals or boutiques it deals its 45-55 variety.
what do you think bonus would be for a bb in nyc for a first year analyst. not a top bb like Lehman or MS but more like Credit Suisse, Bear, etc.
