Equity Research Intern and loving it. Does it make any sense to quit ??

I've been working as an equity research Intern at a great firm under an analyst who is also a good friend of mine. He is teaching me everything from valuation to reading annuals and making a report.

I cannot decide between finance which I'm already good at(and could possible get a great job) or starting my own business in real estate/construction/manufacturing(which I'm learning) but which I have to start from zero. I'll be starting my business anyway after 5-10 years if not today. Both of them are great options. What do you think??

It certainly depends, but I always think if you are loving something do that until you don’t love it anymore. You may learn a lot about an industry, business in general, or be able to save the capital to start your business in 5 years. Best of luck!
