I was contacted by a recruiter who was looking for 2 analysts for an IB. This was late into senior year, around April. He said the bank had hired 6 analysts and they were doing so well they were looking to hire 2 more. The bank turned out to be Evercore. I went to a non-target and didn't get an interview.
Extremely difficult if you go to a non-target.
