From what I have seen on various group chats, most people got HV's within 3 days of applying, with many getting them the day of application, however not everyone got it. So I would guess there is some degree of selectivity.
Applied, did HV and got slot for 2nd round interview doing them afternoon of each day back to back.

yes selective, if on your application it still says "new" then it means they have not reviewed your application yet and you may receive the hv, if it says "in review" and you have not received it then it probably means you got dinged
