sorry was MIA for a couple days but its very basic vulnerability analysis against activist investors, knowing previous/existing campaigns etc.

WHhat were the questions like? Any specific things related to SEC laws and stuff for SDSA?
nothing too nitty gritty into exact SEC laws but def need to know foundation of like activist investing strategy/common defenses etc.
Were there typical IB technicals as well? Merger models, LBO?
