Feeling horrible. Need exit ops w good WLB

Recently into my second year as an analyst at a MM in a T2 city in the US and having a lot of doubts on my future career path. I’ve worked in IB for two years already but one year at a no name boutique. I’m getting paid a bonus in the summer and seriously considering leaving when I get it. I have no personal life, my physical and mental health are failing, I don’t eat much at all and if I do its something unhealthy. I’ve lost 25 pounds and have been working 100 hour weeks since I started and I can’t do it anymore. I am totally at a loss for what to do next because I’m scared that even if I leave the hours won’t be better anywhere I go. I don’t really care about money anymore or my future career prospects I just want to see my wife at a reasonable time, have my weekends and get to travel a few weeks of the year.

What are some good exit ops that prioritize work life balance for someone with 2-3 years of IB experience? How can I know that wherever I end up won’t work me like a dog? I was thinking of doing corpdev but have no idea what that’s like. I’m honestly at such a loss for what to do but I know if I don’t get out of this role soon bad things will happen. Please help.
