Feeling Like I’m Really Bad at this IB

Have gotten a lot of feedback on my submissions, a lot of them no relating to attention to detail (not directly stated, but basically) (I really struggle with off-the-shelf pages). It’s my second week being really staffed because it was slow before Labor Day. I can’t tell if I’m doomed or not or if it’s just a learning curve, I just feel like I can’t tell how other first years are doing and I feel like while there hasn’t been direct comments from people, I’m worried they’re already not going to want to work with me. Have decided to start keeping a checklist of things and printing, but I’m just so worried.
