Feeling lost need help. Don’t know which career path to pursue?

I’ll keep this very short and can provide more details if anyone needs them.

I did 2 years in BB IB in NYC. I don’t want to continue in coverage or do buyside and modeling

I’m looking for careers with the best pay to WLB/less stress ratio and have the opportunity to lateral both to either DCM or ECM internally (although would have to take a 1 year title cut before ASO promotion).

The other offer is for Investor Relations Manager at a large F500 tech firm on a small team.

Obviously, the ECM and DCM path will pay more and the hours shouldn’t be horrible relative to my current coverage hours. However, it also doesn’t add much optionality for other exits/careers unless I wanted to be a capital markets lifer (please tell me if this is a wrong assumption)

Feel like IR is perhaps a more rare/unique opportunity that could open doors to of other roles later on versus ECM/DCM. But I’m also making a lot less in the role despite the better WLB and LCOL so I’m really unsure.

Any guidance would really be appreciated as I’m stuck and don’t know what career to pursue and feel lost as I’m worried to take a pay cut for this, but I also hated my time in coverage.
