Just wrapped up FT recruiting and landed a NYC IB in a great group that im super happy about after not landing a return at a bank in NYC this past summer. just wanted to write to give hope to those who were in a similar situation. Such an uphill battle but so possible if you keep pushing!!

Pray. By now the talent pool is worse, if you know ur technicals you will stand out quite a lot more. And the obligatory research your interviewers and find something to talk about with each of them
