Finally finishing up FT recruiting
Just wrapped up FT recruiting and landed a NYC IB in a great group that im super happy about after not landing a return at a bank in NYC this past summer. just wanted to write to give hope to those who were in a similar situation. Such an uphill battle but so possible if you keep pushing!!
Any general advice. I got a Superday next week
Pray. By now the talent pool is worse, if you know ur technicals you will stand out quite a lot more. And the obligatory research your interviewers and find something to talk about with each of them

can you say what kind of bank and how long the process took
You mind sharing which back you got your offer ?
It will help clarify for those still recruiting where not to direct their energies in case that bank has wrapped up and they may be still holding out hope.
