Financial Accounting course for my son

My son is in high school and instead of playing sports he wants to take a course/class in financial accounting to get a sense of what "PE is all about". Does anyone have any decent recommendations for beginners?

Thanks

Tomorrow, tell him to sit at his desk with Excel and PPT open from 9am-9pm. Make sure he has at least 2 monitors in front of him.

Encourage him to make plans with friends so he can have some fun after his long day at work. Dinner, a party, or even a casual hangout with friends will do.

At 8:55pm, tell him that he actually has to stay sitting at his desk until 1:30am, and will have to cancel his plans.

This experiential learning will better prepare him for Wall Street than any courses he could take.

There are some free courses on Youtube like this:

Just look around the channel and you can find more. I wouldn't spend too much money on a high school kid that just wants to see what it's about. Especially if he couldn't come to you with a specific course. A lot of the jobs on Wall Street involve being self-sufficient. Your boss is going to ask you to get shit done and you're going to have to google it. If he can't find this course on Youtube or google "best courses" and come to you with a course he wants you to buy after he researched it then he's probably not that serious.
